Managing your registrations and check-in
My Registrations (in the main menu) lists every tournament you've entered — upcoming and past — with everything you can do about them in one place.
Your registration cards
Each card shows the tournament, its dates and location, your entry (your player details, or your team with its organization) and the registration status:
- Pending — received, awaiting the organizer's confirmation.
- Confirmed — you're in.
- Waitlisted — the tournament is full; you're in the queue and move up automatically when a spot frees.
- Checked In — attendance confirmed on tournament day.
- Cancelled — the entry was withdrawn.
Editing and cancelling
Until the tournament starts, Edit Registration lets you update your entry (for teams: the roster and board order too). Cancel Registration withdraws your entry — possible any time up to the end of the tournament, with a confirmation prompt.
Important: Can't attend after all? Cancel as early as you can — it frees your spot for someone on the waiting list, and spares the organizer a no-show pairing on round 1.
Checking in on tournament day
Some tournaments ask players to confirm their presence on site. When the tournament's check-in window is open and your registration is confirmed, a green Check in button appears on your registration (a banner on My Registrations points you to it). One click confirms your attendance; Undo is available while the window stays open.
If you don't check in, the organizer may leave you out of the first pairing — when in doubt, find the arbiter's desk.
